- Mechanical Mixing: Use a low-speed mechanical stirrer to mix ER Supreme Wall Putty with clean water (38-42% ratio) until a silky paste forms.
- Rest Period: Allow the mixed paste to slake for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before applying.
- Base Coat: Apply a uniform 1.0 mm layer using a stainless steel putty blade, working bottom to top.
- Finish Coat: After 4 to 6 hours of drying, apply a 0.5 mm finish coat. Allow to cure for 24 hours, then sand lightly with 400-grit paper.
